Cancer Awareness Programme at Agarwal Dharamshala, Urban Estate, Jind on 9th Feb. 2014

Cancer awareness & screening programme held on 9^th Feb. 2014 at Agarwal Dharamshala, Urban Estate, Jind and was organised by Jind Chapter. The programme was as follows:-

Breakfast at about 11.30 am. and awareness programme started at about 12.15 pm. The total gathering was approx 250 including ladies also. The following experts conducted the event.

1.     Sh. Suresh Prakash about I CAN WIN Association.

2.     Dr. Pawan Gupta M.Ch. Onco. Surgeon of Asian Hospital, Faridabad for about 30 minutes.

3.     Dr. Mudit Agarwal Onco. Surgeon of Max Hospital, New Delhi about 30 minutes.

Introduced by Sh. Anil Kumar Bansal Coordinator of Jind Chapter followed by President & Secretary. The following VIP’s also attended the programme.

1.     Dr. A.K. Chawla executive vice chairman Kulchitra University, Jind.

2.     Dr. Suresh Jain, MBBS, MD Disha Hospital, Jind.

3.     Dr. Brijendra Gupta along with Mrs both of professional HOD at Rohtak University.

4.     Dr. Ramnik Garg MBBS, MD.

5.     Sh. Rajendra Gupta, Vice Chairman Gangaputra Hospital & Research Centre, Jind.

Miss Komal Gupta a student of M.Com & a cancer winner shared her sentiments & the experience during her operation which lasted approx 20 hours conducted by Dr. Mudit Agarwal. Her self-confidence & positivity about life were the reason of winning cancer. Everybody was admired by the views of Miss Komal Gupta. She is writing a book “MY WILL MY LIFE” which is expected to be completed by 1^st week of March 2014.

The programme was a great success & Jind Chapter body has decided that such programs will be arranged frequently.
